Be an exhibitor at the 2nd Annual Columbia Valley Wedding Expo 

This is your opportunity to showcase your business, connect with engaged couples and meet other wedding professionals from across the Columbia Valley. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about becoming an exhibitor, including, how to apply, what’s included with your booth, what to bring, who attends the Expo and how to prepare for the event.

Whether you’re a long-standing wedding professional or a newer business looking to get your name out there, we’d love to have you be part of the Expo and help us continue growing the wedding industry in the Columbia Valley.

How to become an exhibitor

Applications will be reviewed within a few business days. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to apply early!

Show Information

Event Date: Saturday, October 24
Event Time: 10 AM – 4 PM
Exhibitor Setup: Friday, October 23, 11 AM – 3 PM

If you require a different setup time on Friday, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Power: If you require power at your booth, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.

What to bring/showcase

Each exhibitor will receive one folding table with black linen. Exhibitors are responsible for creating their own booth display to showcase their brand and what they offer for weddings and events.

We recommend bringing business cards, brochures, promotional materials or other takeaways to share with attendees and encourage follow-up after the show.

Where can attendees purchase tickets

Tickets are just $5 and can be purchased through the link here.

Each exhibitor also receives 10 complimentary tickets to share with clients, friends, family or as giveaways, whatever works best for you!
